In 2025, we've uncorked something truly special, a collaboration with the legendary Comité interprofessionnel des Vins d'Alsace (CIVA). CIVA is the guardian of Alsace’s winemaking soul, a region where tradition, terroir, and time-honored savoir-faire swirl together in every glass.

Alsace is no ordinary wine region. The unique taste of Alsatian wines is influenced by the climate, soil, and especially the favorable geographical location, between the Rhine to the east and the Vosges Mountains, which shield the valley from Atlantic weather. Think medieval villages, rolling vineyards, and a 170-kilometer wine route that’s heaven for oenophiles and dreamers alike. 🏰🌿🌞
Bringing the spirit of Alsace to the Polish wine market
To kick off our journey with CIVA, we brought Alsace to the heart of Warsaw. On a sun-drenched day in May, the Varsovie Academy of Alsace Wine opened its doors. More than an event, it was a toast to craftsmanship, culture, and connection, where French elegance met the energy of the awakening Polish wine industry.
